What If You Weren't The Problem?
You know how this goes, because you've lived it. It starts on a Monday. You're genuinely motivated - this time is different. You buy the food. You follow the rules exactly. You're strict with yourself and, for a while, it works. Then real life arrives. A week where work runs late every night. A birthday. A holiday. A day so exhausting that cooking from scratch was never happening.
The plan has nothing to say about any of it. So you come off it. And then you do the thing everybody does. You blame yourself. You decide you lack willpower. That you're just someone who can't stick to things.
Here's what we'd say to that.
You followed a plan that was written before anyone knew anything about you. It didn't know your working hours. It didn't know you cook for a family. It didn't know which foods you'd actually still be eating in week six. It didn't know what went wrong the last four times, or why. It wasn't built for you. It was built for everybody, which means it was built for nobody.
